On Saturday, 12th March, athletes from across Ireland gathered in Ballybrit, Co. Galway, for the All-Ireland Post-Primary Schools Cross Country Championships. The competition was fierce, with top runners battling it out on a challenging course.

The course itself presented a true test of endurance, with soft, muddy patches, and hills, making the running conditions extremely tough in parts.

The Minor Girls race was fast-paced from the start, with a highly competitive field pushing the limits of speed and stamina.
